10+years of Retail Domain & IT experience with minimum 5+ years Functional experience in Implementation/support of Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Functional knowledge in Oracle Retail MOM modules like RMS, ReSA, RPM, Allocation, RWMS etc.,• Provide Functional Leadership in the areas Merchandise Financial Planning• Complete understanding of Functionality, features and usage of Merchandise Financial Planning• Experience of at least four – five Oracle Retail Implementations or Roll Outs of which at least two should be with large retailers. Experience in Support Engagements• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, upgrade and support of Oracle Retail solutions.• Configure MFP application as per business requirement• Strong Experience in Java/j2ee and PL/SQL, ProC, UNIX shell script• Responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of various modules within the MFP modules.• Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders• Creating functional design and helping in development of technical designs required to deliver allocated development work• Provide guidance for design alternatives, provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within individual role context.• Defining innovative functional solutions to meet business process requirements in Oracle Retail and/or interfacing with other backbone/ 3rd party systems• Imparting MFP training to team as well as to end users of customers• Excellent knowledge in Retail processes & systems, Supply chain Management industry domains• Excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management & motivation skills• Exposure to solution life cycle management (concept, design, build, market and monetize solutions/services), Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements• Working experience in multiple countries• Industry recognized certifications.
