Role Experience Primary Skill Bid Management/Presales 3-8 years Roles and Responsibilities – Track all opportunities / bids for his/her key account or region For deals with significant complexity / TCV value - Bid management starting from kick off till successful submission and closure of a bid Ensure Bid Management process compliance and successful closure of bid with all approval matrix completed Contract management - Run contract/MSA/NDA review and closure with all stakeholders Work closely with Sales Buddy for Account Planning, gap analysis in addition to account research, market analysis and new account study Drive Customer visits with key stakeholders and “customer delight” Guide and mentor team of leads and associates on bid management, contract management and account research Maintain master list of Account and Sales Manager wise targets, achievements and various related MIS Participate in Target definition activity Track CRM compliance with sales teams Manage project creation, allocations for Sales and SBO Team. Track Sales Performance (EBIDTA , Revenue Vs Targets)
