"Pre requisites: Min 6+ years of work experience in Delivery / Support function role, Sound Auditing Skills, Sound knowledge of TechM's Management Systems / Framework (i.e, QMS, ITSM, ISMS, Risk Management etc.). Hands on work knowledge related to TechM's internal automated workflows (QSPACE; COMPASS etc.). Responsibilities: Ensure Contract Compliance Management (CCM) Process is established for the assigned accounts as per the defined process. Provide Early warnings to the CCM & CASG Leadership team at defined intervals. Plan and conduct Contract Compliance audits for the assigned accounts. Identify and Implement Process Improvements. Compile, Analyse and Report the CCM implementation Status to Account Team at defined intervals.
