Desktop Support JD:Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science or a related field5 years of experience in technical services, networking, and or system administrationExcellent oral and written communication skills for communicating to management, Internal Audit, user community, and security violators.Technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with security best practices and procedures.Good analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to express to our users technical information in a non technical manner.
