JD ¿¿ Perform on site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off site repair for remote users as needed.¿ Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.¿ Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.¿ Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.¿ Understanding of LAN/WAN networks.¿ Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.¿ Ensure that desktop connection, ie. network jacks are in proper working order.¿ Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.¿ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.¿ Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
