Service Delivery Executive is formed to maintain accountability for all the services Tech Mahindra provide to the customer,  to ensure the services meet the customers¿ business needs and IT requirements, to ensure customer¿s satisfaction.Following points capture the key responsibilities of the individual: Maintain the IT Service Delivery to customer Become point of contact for escalation if there is an issue or request from customer Intimate with internal and external party in relation to contracted services, ensuring the SLA¿s are achieved; service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded. Build and maintain client relationships.
