Responsibilities1 Monitoring Operation System healthiness status2 Conduct L 1 trouble shooting for any abnormality, solving the problem or escalating to L2.3 Handling SR/TT related to4 Handling ad hoc request from other parties (customer/application) related to Operation System5 Operation System Housekeeping6 Delivering Daily shift report and incident reportDuties and Activities1 Monitoring major OS status such as parameters: System log, Space availability, Resource utilization, Backup status, BCV Status etc. and reporting to team lead for any finding that need proactive action.2 For any incident, identify and handling the incident properly as per escalation matrices.3 Handling incoming SR/TT as per SLA policy4 Generating shift report , incident report highlighting necessary issues to team lead and next shift in charge.5 Conduct routine OS housekeeping.Qualifications and Experience1 Degree within Computer Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent2 Unix SA skill and knowledge level 2 (minimum 2 years as operational Unix SA)3 Understanding basic General Telecommunication concept4 Able to handle IT infrastructure incident5 Understanding clustering, BCV and backup managementGeneral Competence1 Stress management2 Thoroughness3 Communication skillTechnical Competence1 Unix System Administrator level 22 Incident Management level 13 General  Telecommunication Concept
