JD is for Success factor for  Nompumelole Zitha  ,Due to competency issue we are raising SO under HANA Skill set.SAP Success factor Technical Should have experience in modules like Employee Central/ Learning Management/ Recruitment/ Onboarding/ Compensation/ Performance & Goal Management /Succession and Planning., Payroll specific solution consulting in on premise SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll¿ Should have experience in mapping SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, etc., ¿ Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents and solution., ¿ Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade¿ Must be able to design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations.,rovide functional / technical support of SAP Success Factors   Employee Central Payroll (EC) with secondary support for Employee CentralPayroll (ECP).Perform system configuration and validation through testing plans and scripts.Support all HCM processes, data integrations between Success Factors and 3rd party solutions to ensure deadlines are met.Responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders, interpret business requirements and implement.Help the customer conceptualize the integration of the business system with the corresponding business processes.Identify gaps between business needs and standard Success Factors application functionality; design and document and implement solutionsthat fill the gapsAssist in designing and maintaining interfaces to the system
