1.Expert Knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, specifically NGOSS, eTOM, TAM, and SID and experience designing and developing software solutions for Telecom2.Well Versed in telecom standards ITU, ANSII3.Experience in Ethernet, DWDM, optical transport network, SONET/SDH, core backbone transport.4.Knowledge for Order Management, network inventory system5.Analysis and designed solution for customer existing service order management, Inventory management system.6.Understand the business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements/User Stories7.Proficient in Impact Assessment by gathering enough information and creating HLD and Interface Documents for IT teams for their better understanding of System Impact for any new project or requests. 8.Evaluate system and recommendations for improvement 9.Work with different team to ensure the projects are completed effectively and efficiently.10.Estimates and budgeting11.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.12.Have outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
