Build innovative market solutions/services with or without alliance partnership and be accountable for architecting technical or service solution. Strategize and implement new solutions/services as per customer/ business requirements to market and roll out within the unit. Establish alliance/partnership to generate new revenue. Develop unique IPs, Sales collateral and marketing materials. Support and work with analyst to improve/ enhance visibility & market positioning/rating. Work with the sales team in Bids/opportunities till formal closure. Track/report pipeline/prospects. Periodic updates to Presales, Sales, Relationship team to enhance visibility & confidence. Work on standardization of proposal templates and build reusable materials. Ensure the sustenance of practices by effective governance. Review the performance of the team along with team¿s career plan and aspiration. Identify and groom leaders within the team to ensure continuity and scalability.
