1. 7 years+ experience with multiple Agile frameworks such as Scrum, XP, KANBAN, Lean2. Possess good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment.3. Keep team focused on critical deliverables and tasks4. Communicate effectively across diverse audiences within and outside of the Scrum Team (Stakeholders, Management teams)5. Collaborate and partner within and beyond one's team6. Ability to build a Scrum team and help them stay focussed by removing outside interference7. Motivate and model open communication to help surface issues for faster resolution8. Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing teams9. Support the Product Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope10. Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates and help the team understand how to estimate stories, features & capabilities11. Assist with resource management, financial management & process improvements12. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget13. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques14. In depth knowledge of agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence15. Ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations and highly dynamic environment.16. Excellent skills in change management, manage ambiguities and constant change, set priorities and execute on commitments.
