Mandatory Qualifications Experience related to successful delivery of change management. Bachelor’s degree in learning, communications, organization behaviour, organization development or similar fields. Background in individual and/or organizational psychology would be a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in change management areas such as communications, training and support, leadership engagement or change network management. Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Mgmt., Learning & Collaboration, Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness, etc.). Experience in projects and change management with the public sector highly desirable Minimum 1-2 years project and team management experience. Minimum of four (4) years of OCM adoption experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Prosci Certification.
