Overall 4+ years of experience in BI Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated. Good Communication skills to interact with Customer and End Users Must have experience in Spotfire Administration Activities Monitoring and supporting of all Company Spotfire environments and ensuring TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Servers (TSSS) are connected to Spotfire Installing patches received from TIBCO Upgrading TIBCO Spotfire and servers to the new versions Preparing documentation about new features and migration plans Installing add-ons extensions and TIBCO enterprise runtime for R (TERR) packages received from TIBCO or Company Spotfire developers Communicating with TIBCO to solve the issues Solving performance issues and troubleshooting for all Company Spotfire and environments Submitting change requests as needed (following Company’s change management process) Monitoring and working on the incidents in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Responds to and resolves customer-reported incidents Documents all work done in resolving incidents on the main work information tab for each incident Responds to and resolves customer and Company Spotfire support team service requests Installing and configuring new Spotfire and TSSS servers as needed Starting and restarting Spotfire and servers as needed Performing the configuration console tasks User directory configuration Authentication configuration External group synchronization Performing the administration tasks Create and/or migrate Spotfire libraries between environments Granting special permissions for Spotfire libraries per owners requests Migrate information model (data elements, information links, procedures, data sources, filters, joins) between environments Spotfire servers’ security management Adding/modify users and groups into Spotfire Sets up Kerberos constrained delegation between data sources (Microsoft Structured Query Language (MS SQL) servers) and Spotfire web player Manage passwords for Spotfire service account Global Information Link (GIL) integration requests Managing licenses for Spotfire via special active directory groups Performing Spotfire deployment backup Performing Spotfire configuration backup Performing Spotfire library backups Performing Spotfire internal security model (groups and members) backups
