LDAP Tier 2 SupportPrimary Responsibilities:¿ Designing, developing and implementing flexible directory service architectures¿ Provide production support, monitoring, and support of directory services¿ Closely collaborating with cross functional teams¿ Performing in depth data and log analysis¿ Certify upgrades and patches to current infrastructure¿ Assist in designing, developing and implementing flexible LDAP architecture for PaaS and SaaS applications¿ Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Data As A Service (DaaS) and support for microservices.¿ Work with upstream data source and downstream clients to resolve data related issues.¿ Performance periodic maintenance as/when required¿ Research and apply new technologies¿ Working with automation technologies to increase the speed and reliability of directory service deployments, upgrades and changes¿ Performance testing and tuning of directory products¿ Provide training and mentoring within our team¿ Excellent communication skills capable of addressing various stakeholders (developers, business end users, senior management)Required Qualifications:¿ Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 8+ years¿ experience in Information Technology support experience in large, complex multi server environment¿ 3 or more years of strong UNIX/Linux Skill¿ 6 or more years ¿hands on¿ LDAP directory infrastructure design/support experience with Oracle DSEE and Ping Directory server¿ Familiarity with directory server components: ACIs, Schema and DIT, Replication, Indexing, Plug ins & configuration¿ Experience in LDAP integration with a variety of applications and utilities¿ Experience writing script with shell, Perl, Python (3+ years)¿ Experience with Java Script.¿ Working experience on Linux and Cloud platforms.¿ Experience with the Active Directory and CA Directory,¿ Knowledge with Network concepts/protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP)¿ Excellent troubleshooting skills to address real time production issues and restore service from an operations stand point.
