Qualification:B.Tech/B.E.   Any Specialization, Computers, B.Sc   Any Specialization, Computers, Maths, MCA6 to 7 years of industry experience on Voice Contact Center Operation, Verint/Nice/Dialer wiht MCSE/Vmware/CCNA ¿ CertifiedRoles and Responsibilities:Understanding of latest Telecom communication technologies & Complex Telecom network designsMust have Knowledge on advance Trends in Call Centre Technology & Telecom Design. Ability to work on Call Centre & BPO Solution ProposalsAbility to work & respond to RFI & RFPMay be required to work in single contributor role and handle CCT projects and solutions independentlyAbility to understand & Troubleshoot complex Telecom issuesAbility to perform high end configurations for Telecom devicesMust have thorough knowledge about the Network products / Topologies used in BPO's Well versed with VOIP topologies on WAN / MPLS with knowledge of H.323 & SIP Experience & Good knowledge on Call Center Voice solutions (Avaya, Cisco, Gensys, Aspect etc)Experience & good knowledge on Call recording solutions (NICE, Verint, Dialer)Good understanding of reporting tools.Excellent Verbal & Written Communication SkillsAbility to Lead, Train & Motivate people and improve Team performanceShould be willing to work in 24/7 shifts and weekends as well for business requirements
