The Services to be provided by the SCCM Administrator include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives: Work with the Front Office  supporting 3500 users/workstations in Airbus, in the different business units Hours (coverage is from 7am to 4pm)Deployment of new  software packagesPackaging of Applications when needed for distribution with SCCM DeploymentPlan, document, test, and deploy applications, application updates and security updates for all or for determined group of users/workstations based on requirements.Download, modify, document and deploy IMAGES for various operating systems as required for Helpdesk to use. Update boot media if required. ¿ update drivers Proper logging, documenting, classifying, resolution, or escalation of application  deployment requestsImage preparation and setup for unattended deployment. Automated re imaging of computers based on tasks or scripts.Maintain relationship with EU counterparts in order to be part of any modification, changes or upgradesProvide customer service by properly communicating to end users any resolution, escalation or updates on existing requests or incidents.
