Provide L2.5 level of Network and Service Assurance support for core to enterprise network on routing, switching protocols on Cisco and Silver Peak platform. Troubleshooting the network and service issues while adhering to SLA/KPIs and ensure target SLA levels are met for each ticket. Troubleshooting of SDWAN network and Service. LAN/WAN Responsibilities including IP address management. Ability to do the change management activities for enterprise sites, cloud sites and DC’s in provided change window Working directly with OEMs and Field Support Staff. Have previous experience of handling network engineering activities. Analysis for root cause determination of issues including recommendations for improvements. Other duties as assigned by management. Education and training of other individuals within the company. Willing to work in a rotational shift 24x7 operation
