¿ Experience working in 24x7 centers with complex, mission critical, high availability environments¿ Provide implementation, configuration and production support activities for an existing CheckPoint and Fortinet firewall infrastructure¿ Provide support for client service requests for firewall and DNS changes.¿ Strong DNS & Routing¿ Trend Micro Proxy¿ Good verbal and written documentation skills¿ Solid experience in large enterprise WAN routing¿ Ability to collaborate and work on a team¿ Understanding of the 7 layers of OSI model and ability to troubleshoot complex incidents involving first four layers¿ Knowledge of established security procedures, policies and best practices¿ Understanding of how proposed architectural changes will impact the customers¿ business and the ability to articulate outcomes to technical and non technical audiences¿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment¿ Linux/Unix command line administration skills¿ Web Development/Scripting (perl, python, bash, sql, java) skills¿ Ability to provide critical information in a clear, concise and quick manner¿ Understanding of industry trends in all areas of Information Security¿ Ability to multitask, prioritize and resolve urgent issues¿ Security certifications like: CISSP, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, F5 Essential/Advance certifications, Cisco Security certification(s)
