Job Description ¿ Mobile Device Management(MDM) Support EngineerThe Mobile Device Management(MDM) to be the primary technical liaison with end users during their contract term in support of our mobile device management (MDM) solution, MaaS360.In this role, candidate is expected to work directly with end users & internal IT support team to plan, configure, deploy, integrate and troubleshoot mobile device management tool which is MaaS360The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical skills and possess demonstrated analytical and communication skills. MDM Support Engineer (2 3 years experienced)¿ Is able to Administer the Mobie Device Management tool in enterprise environment¿ Is familiar with managing and hosting MDM product and worked with various versions of mobile device software ¿ Knowledge of iOS, Android and Windows OS used on mobile devices in the environment¿ Knowledge on Apple and android based mobile device models¿ Is cognizant and well versed of MDM security concepts¿ Provide support for software installation on cell phones and administrative support on MaaS 360¿ Generating &Analyzing data & reports from MaaS360 Portal¿ Creating processing scripts for MaaS360 software¿ Management of Devices ActiveSync within Microsoft Exchange¿ Deployment of organization approved application(s) apps for use on mobile devices like O365¿ Ensuring security control specially for O365 on mobile devices¿ Retrieving and creating templates for security certificates to be enrolled for usage in Maas360 software & device¿ Performing Security checks on the MaaS360 container securing devices using the software¿ Providing device testing in the areas of Apps, Documents, generating User device Profiles, and other functions included in the software.¿ Daily monitoring all hardware & software of MaaS360¿ Creating Policies and Compliance for User Devices   ¿ Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellent customer service
