Deep techno functional experience with Oracle VCP is required. 5-8 years of hands-on VCP projects experience with exposure to inventory, OM, PO, BOM and WIP modules.Required Skills:Expert knowledge and Good Hands on experience in VCP modules (ASCP, IO, GOP & Demantra)2Solid understanding of ASCP/IO functional configurations, profiles & setups including plan options, time fences, demand classes, dependent demand etc.Functional experience on testing, Support, Implementation and Upgrade Projects for ORACLE ASCP, GOP, Inventory Optimization and DemantraComplete understanding of ASCP and EBS integration.Good Knowledge on Procure to Pay and Order to Cash cycleGood Knowledge on ORACLE-Inventory, BOM, MRP, Purchase, Order Management modulesKnowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is must.Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and Preparing Functional Design Documents.Drive map-gap discussions with business users and document the solution alternatives (7-ways) in order to help conclude on the optimum choice, with a goal of minimizing customizations and of long-term sustenance.Demonstrate problem solving skills in order to address system and process issues.Ability to communicate best practices across all the sites and drive continuous improvement in the VCP processes.1Develop and execute test scripts for unit-testing, business-testing (during CRPs/UATs) and integration-testing (during SIT).Work effectively with business, vendor/partner’s resources and various IT teams such as Infrastructure, SOA and DBAs. Raise red flags promptly. Assist in building consensus and resolving conflicts, if any.In case of issues discovered, help in troubleshooting and performance tuning of ASCP/IO and Demantra jobs. Raise SRs with Oracle whenever needed and keep them up to date15.Ability to work under pressure to resolve time sensitive issues.1Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills is must.1Organized, motivated, self-directed, highly independent and should be adaptable and open to learning new skills.
