Job Summary
Role: Workday Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA
8+ years’ experience of Integration project experiences (preferred HCM);
Understanding of integration encryption standards and how to implement them
PECI and PICOF Integration Experience, Reporting Knowledge, Workday Studio Experience, Workday Connector Experience and EIB
Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support.
Understanding of integration processes, interact with global resources across multiple geographic locations is a plus
Experience with Workday Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF,
Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker and other areas such as Benefits.
Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
Affinity with and knowledge of HCM/Finance processes is a plus
Experience in Workday (both as consultant or end-user/administrator) is a plus
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company is a plus
