Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on AI projects to enhance our strategic initiatives. This role combines business acumen with AI insights to drive decision-making and project success in our Sydney office.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the business units and IT to ensure AI projects align with business strategies and objectives.
• Analyse business processes and work with AI Engineers to implement solutions that leverage AI to meet business needs.
• Evaluate the business impact of AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear and actionable updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to business requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

• Strong background in business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI and machine learning projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and business executives.
• Experience in data-heavy environments and a strong understanding of how data-driven solutions can optimise business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
