Participate IN account mining IN existing accounts. Plan RESOURCE requirements ON a continual basis. Lead the delivery OF multiple projects IN the chosen competencies. Proactively build relationship WITH customer. Independently perform a gap analysis (especially IN RFPs) OF the application OR products. Track & implement regulatory compliance requirements. Actively contribute TO the capability development BY leading internal/external knowledge sharing sessions, mentoring teams IN area OF specialization/application. Exhibit Thought Leadership BY contributing TO Seminars, Conferences & writing White Papers. Build a highly engaged team TO ensure associate retention.
